Thanks to its location right at Prague Ruzyně Airport, the hotel is a perfect place for business and company meetings. It offers 2 meeting rooms with the capacity of up to 40 places in total and the new Cockpit business centre.

All meeting rooms are fitted with modern audiovisual equipment and wireless Internet connection, also with writing implements. Accommodated guests and events participants can use the benefits of the Cockpit business centre with computer, scan, printer, copy maker, WiFi internet, Skype for free. It is available from 6 AM till 10 PM. Fax mashine is at the reception. We can provide you with more conference equioment upon request. All the meeting rooms are fitted with the inroom coffee break facilities.

The BOEING meeting room is located by the reception desk. It provies U-shape table (can be changed upon request), air-conditioning, daylight, black-outs and perfect view of the airport area. With maximum of 25 places it is ideal for the presentation or training purposes connected with projection.

CESSNA meeting room with total capacity of 16 places is situated by the restaurant in the floor 0. Thanks to the cosy environment, daylights and blackouts it is ideal for the meetings, presentations or interviews. The room faces the green outside terrace.

Cockpit business centre offers maximum of 6 places and working place with 1 computer. It is fully air-conditioned.

Larger meetings and events can be organized in the hotel restaurant. It offers a wide range of coffee breaks, lunches and dinners (served or in buffet style), banquets etc.
